Unboxing Steps

Inspect the Package
Check the outer box for any damage. If damaged, take photos before opening and contact us immediately. -
Open Carefully
Cut the tape and open the box gently to avoid damaging the contents. -
Remove Contents
Take out all items and ensure everything listed above is included. -
Inspect Your Backpack
Unfold your backpack and check for any defects or damage. Check all zippers, straps, and compartments. -
Remove Protective Materials
Remove any plastic wrapping, cardboard inserts, or protective padding. -
Check All Features
Test all zippers, buckles, and adjustable straps to ensure they work properly.
First-Time Setup
Adjusting Your Backpack:
- Loosen all straps completely
- Put the backpack on (empty or lightly loaded)
- Adjust shoulder straps for a high, comfortable fit
- Fasten and adjust chest strap (if applicable)
- Tighten hip belt (for larger models)
- Fine-tune all straps for optimal comfort
