Unboxing Steps

  1. Inspect the Package
    Check the outer box for any damage. If damaged, take photos before opening and contact us immediately.
  2. Open Carefully
    Cut the tape and open the box gently to avoid damaging the contents.
  3. Remove Contents
    Take out all items and ensure everything listed above is included.
  4. Inspect Your Backpack
    Unfold your backpack and check for any defects or damage. Check all zippers, straps, and compartments.
  5. Remove Protective Materials
    Remove any plastic wrapping, cardboard inserts, or protective padding.
  6. Check All Features
    Test all zippers, buckles, and adjustable straps to ensure they work properly.

First-Time Setup

Adjusting Your Backpack:

  1. Loosen all straps completely
  2. Put the backpack on (empty or lightly loaded)
  3. Adjust shoulder straps for a high, comfortable fit
  4. Fasten and adjust chest strap (if applicable)
  5. Tighten hip belt (for larger models)
  6. Fine-tune all straps for optimal comfort
