How to Measure Your Torso
For the most comfortable fit, measure your torso length:
- Stand up straight with your head level
- Locate the C7 vertebra (the bump at the base of your neck when you tilt your head forward)
- Locate your iliac crest (the top of your hip bones)
- Measure the distance between these two points

Weight Capacity

Strap Adjustment Guide
Shoulder Straps:
- Adjust so the backpack sits high on your back
- The top of the pack should be level with your shoulders
- Straps should form an "S" curve around your shoulders
Chest Strap:
- Position 2-3 inches below your collarbone
- Should be snug but not restrictive
- Helps distribute weight evenly
Hip Belt (for larger models):
- Should rest on your hip bones, not your waist
- Carries 80% of the pack's weight
- Tighten after adjusting shoulder straps
Fitting Tips
- Load your backpack with typical items before adjusting
- Adjust straps while standing
- The backpack should feel balanced and stable
- There should be no gap between the pack and your back
- You should be able to move freely without restriction
