At Exortive, we strive to deliver your premium backpacks safely and promptly. Learn about our delivery options, timelines, and policies below.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Nationwide Coverage: All provinces in Indonesia
  • Major Cities: Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Makassar, and more
  • Remote Areas: Available with extended delivery time

Shipping Methods

Standard Delivery (3-7 business days)
Available nationwide. Free shipping for orders above IDR 750,000.

Express Delivery (1-3 business days)
Available in major cities. Additional fee applies.

Same-Day Delivery
Available in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Additional fee applies.

Store Pickup
Pick up your order at our store location. Free of charge.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: IDR 15,000 - 50,000 (depending on location)
  • Express Delivery: IDR 30,000 - 80,000
  • Same-Day Delivery: IDR 50,000
  • Free shipping on orders above IDR 750,000

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM WIB are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM WIB are processed the next business day
  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday
  • Custom orders may require 2-3 additional business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS notification with courier details
  • Real-time tracking updates via our website

  • JNE (Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir)
  • J&T Express
  • SiCepat
  • Ninja Express

  • GoSend (for same-day delivery)

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • If delivery fails, the package will be held at the nearest courier office for 7 days
  • You will be notified via SMS and email for pickup instructions
  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to Exortive

Delivery Issues

What if I'm not home during delivery?
You can arrange for someone else to receive the package or reschedule delivery by contacting the courier directly.

What if my package is damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at delivery@exortive.com.

What if my package is lost?
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping
